NOTICE OF HEARINGS The City of Belle Glades Planning and Zoning Board will meet on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Commission Chambers at Belle Glade City Hall, 110 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., West, Belle Glade, Palm Beach County, Florida, to consider the following applications: RaceTrac, Inc (applicant), Parcel Control #04-37-43-17-00-000-7020 (SLY 398.15 FT OF WLY 1,254.89 FT LYG ELY OF & ADJ TO SR 15 & NLY OF & ADJ TO SR 80 R/WS), Future Land Use Map Amendment Application requesting to assign a future land use designation of Commercial to 10.5 acres of land located at the northeast corner of North Main Street and State Road 80. RaceTrac, Inc (applicant), Parcel Control #04-37-43-17-00-000-7020, Zoning Map Amendment Application requesting to assign a zoning district classification of B-3: Liberal Business District to 10.5 acres of land located at the northeast corner of North Main Street and State Road 80.
