LEGAL NOTICE LANDOWNERS AND RESIDENTS OF THENORTHERN PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Please be advised that the Northern Palm Beach County Improvement District will be applying approved herbicides in its lakes, canals, waterways and preserves during the period of May 1, 2026 through July 31, 2026. All affected landowners and residents are directed not to use the water from the lakes, canals, waterways or preserves for irrigation or other purposes during the period of May 1, 2026 through July 31, 2026. Any persons using the water from Northerns lakes, canals, waterways or preserves during this period do so at their own risk and are hereby directed to cease and desist from such practice. C.
