NOTICE OF CHANGE OF LAND USE LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE 1989 PALM BEACH COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 163, Part II., Florida Statutes, and other authority, the Palm Beach County Local Planning Agency (LPA), known as the Planning Commission, will hold a public hearing on the proposed amendment to the Palm Beach County Comprehensive Plan in Amendment Round 26-SCA. The LPA will consider the amendment and make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners on the adoption of the amendments to the County's adopted Comprehensive Plan by ordinance.
