NOTICE OF CHANGE OF LAND USE
LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE 1989 PALM BEACH COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 163, Part II., Florida Statutes, and other authority, the Palm Beach County Local Planning Agency (LPA), known as the Planning Commission, will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the Palm Beach County Comprehensive Plan in Amendment Rounds 25-SCA and 26-B. The LPA will consider the amendments and make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners on the adoption of the amendments to the County's adopted Comprehensive Plan by ordinance.
Place: 1st Floor Hearing Room 1W-47, Planning, Zoning and Building Department, 2300 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33411.
Date/Time: Friday, April 10, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and may be continued to such other time and place as necessary.

THE FUTURE LAND USE ATLAS (FLUA) FOR THE SITE SPECIFIC AMENDMENT HAPPY HOLLOW COMMERCE (LGA 2025-015), MODIFYING PAGE 98 OF THE FLUA FOR APPROXIMATELY 5.24 ACRES OF LAND, GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF HAPPY HOLLOW ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 0.44 MILES WEST OF SMITH SUNDY ROAD, BY CHANGING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM AGRICULTURAL RESERVE (AGR) TO COMMERCE WITH AN UNDERLYING AGRICULTURAL RESERVE (CMR/AGR) WITH CONDITIONS;
