NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Palm Beach County Zoning Commission (ZC), serving as the Land Development Regulation Commission (LDRC) of Palm Beach County, Florida, intends to hold a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing proposed revisions to the Countys Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) for recommendation regarding consistency with the 1989 Palm Beach County Comprehensive Plan, as amended.
Date/Time: The public hearing will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and may be continued to such other time and place as necessary.
Place: The Kenneth S. Rogers Hearing Room, 1st Floor, Planning, Zoning and Building Department, 2300 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33411.
Title: The title of the ordinance is:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, ORDINANCE 2003-067, AS AMENDED, AS FOLLOWS: REVISION FOR WORKFORCE HOUSING PROGRAM  UNEMCUMBERED UNITS EXCEPTION FOR 100% WORKFORCE FOR-SALE PROJECTS, AMENDING ARTICLE 5  SUPPLEMENTARY STANDARDS; PROVIDING FOR: INTERPRETATION OF CAPTIONS; REPEAL OF LAWS IN CONFLICT; SEVERABILITY; A SAVINGS CLAUSE; INCLUSION IN THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; AND, AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
