NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Crystal River Planning Commission, Community Redevelopment Agency, and City Council will hold public hearings at the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce / Visitor Center, 915 North Suncoast Blvd., Crystal River, Florida 34429, pursuant to Section 166, Florida Statutes, to consider City of Crystal River Ordinance 26-O-10, as follows:
ORDINANCE 26-O-10: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CRYSTAL RIVER RELATING TO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT; ADOPTING A MODIFICATION TO THE CRYSTAL RIVER COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PLAN; APPROVING THE CONTINUED EXISTENCE AND EXTENDING ITS TERMINATION DATE; PROVIDING DIRECTION AND AUTHORITY CONCERNING REDEVELOPMENT FINANCING AND THE ISSUANCE OF REDEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS AND LOANS; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT TRUST FUND, OF THE CITY OF CRYSTAL RIVER CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR RESTATEMENT AND REPEAL OF INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR LIBERAL INTERPRETATION AND CORRECTION OF ERRORTS, IF ANY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

These meetings will be held in the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce/Visitor Center, 915 N Suncoast Blvd., Crystal River, Florida 34429.
