NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND
CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED CITY ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Daytona Beach Shores, Volusia County, Florida will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Shores Community Center at 3000 Bellemead Drive, Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. At the time and place aforementioned, the City Commission will consider upon second and final reading of the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE 2026-04
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DAYTONA BEACH SHORES, FLORIDA, MAKING FINDINGS; VACATING A PUBLIC WALKWAY EASEMENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2901 S. ATLANTIC AVENUE; PROVIDING FOR DOCUMENTATION AUTHORIZATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR NON-CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The above ordinances may be inspected by the public at City Hall, 2990 S. Atlantic Ave. during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. At the time and place aforesaid for the Public Hearing, all interested parties may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
