The City of Deland's Engineering Department hereby gives notice of the City of Deland's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located east of Lake Winnemissett. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Case No. 25-04-6918P. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along stormwater ponds and wetlands east of Lake Winnemissett located within the Cresswind development. The 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow and be established within the area of revision. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Public Works Building at 1102 South Garfield Avenue, Deland, FL.
