NOTICE OF 2025-26 VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the 2025 Value Adjustment Board of Alachua County, Florida will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026, in the Chief Judge Conference Room, 201 E University Ave, 4th floor. The Board will hold a meeting to approve the 2025 Magistrate recommendations for Exemptions, Real and Tangible property, 2026 Organizational Meeting to elect a Vice Chair, select magistrates, approve the VAB Attorney contract.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
