NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 113-119 of the Indialantic Code of Ordinances, that the Indialantic Board of Adjustment will meet on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. or as soon as practical thereafter, at the Town Hall council chamber, 216 Fifth Avenue, Indialantic, FL, 32903, to consider the following variances:
Code Section 113-225(6) - Accessory buildings and structures in residential zoning districts
Requesting a variance of 3 from the required 8 setback resulting in a 5 setback from the accessory structure to the north (side yard) property line.
All for property located at 1000 S. Riverside Drive, Indialantic, FL, 32903; further described part of Lots 32 & 33, Indialantic by the Sea; Parcel ID 28-37-01-ER-3-32. Applicant: Matt Denyer for owner, Jo Ann Szaro
Written comments may be filed with the Town Clerk at: Town of Indialantic, 216 Fifth Avenue, Indialantic, Florida 32903, or by emailing mcarr@indialantic.com no later than 24 hours prior to the date of the public hearing. Interested parties may appear at the public hearing and be heard regarding the foregoing. The application and associated documents may be inspected at the Office of the Town Clerk, 216 Fifth Avenue, Indialantic, FL 32903, Monday  Friday, 9:00 a.m.  4:00 p.m.
NOTICE: Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, the Town hereby advises you that if you or another person decide to appeal any decision made by the Town with respect to any matter considered at its meeting or hearing, including the appeal, that you or said person will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purpose, affected persons may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made at your own expense, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice does not constitute consent by the Town for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
For any agenda item requiring a quasi-judicial hearing, all motions must be submitted to the Town Clerks Office at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
