The City of Satellite Beach Board of Adjustment will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., in the Council Chamber, 565 Cassia Boulevard, Satellite Beach, Florida, concerning the following agenda item; requesting a 5-foot variance from 20-ft street side yard setback, for an proposed new building as required per section 30-416 (e)(2)(c), on property zoned C- Commercial District, and located at 600 Jackson Ct. Satellite Beach. One or more Council members may be present at this meeting. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the agenda item. Persons who require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act or persons who require translation services (free of charge) should contact the Community Development Department at (321) 773-4409 at least seven days prior to the meeting.
