NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NICEVILLE, FLORIDA
The Niceville City Council will conduct their regular meeting starting at 6:00 PM, June 9, 2026 at the Niceville City Council Meeting Room located at 208 Partin Drive North.
Interested parties may appear at any of these public hearings and provide verbal comments or may provide written comments to the City Clerks Office. Verbal comments must be received at least 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting to be included in the agenda packet. If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at such meetings, such person will need a record of the proceeding and, for such purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. Agenda items may be inspected by the public by visiting the Niceville City Clerks Office located at 208 Partin Drive North, Niceville, FL 32578. The following items will be considered:
Ordinance 26-07-03 An ordinance adopting additional amended budget changes for the City of Niceville for Fiscal Year commencing on October 1, 2025; an ordinance adopting and approving additional appropriations set forth in said budget for the Fiscal Year commencing October 1, 2025; and providing for an effective date.
Resolution 26-06-01 A resolution of the City Council of the City of Niceville, Florida, authorizing the City Manager to execute a thirty (30) year lease agreement with the United States Department of the Air Force for the approximately 47.6-acre property commonly known as Twin Oaks Park/Mullet Festival Site; providing for conflicts; and providing for an effective date.
Resolution 26-06-02 A resolution of the City Council of Niceville, Florida, authorizing the City Manage to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Okaloosa County for participation in the Countys Advanced Life Support (ALS) fire engine partnership program; and providing for an effective date.
