VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD
MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Value Adjustment Board of St. Johns County, Florida, will hold a meeting for the purpose of approving the special magistrates recommendations and certifying the 2025 final tax roll. The meeting will be held in the Cordova Conference Room, located in the County Administration Building, 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, Florida, 32084, on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Value Adjustment Board with respect to any matter considered at the hearings, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purposes, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Appeals shall be filed in accordance with Section 194.171, F.S., and other applicable law.
