Notice is hereby given that PAM CHILDERS, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Escambia County, Florida, will on March 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CST, via online bid at www.escambia.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, offer for sale, and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure Upon Stipulation Default entered in the above styled action, the following described real and personal property situated in Escambia County, Florida:

THE NORTH 93.00 FEET OF LOT 1 AND THE NORTH 93.00 FEET OF THE WEST 46.00 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 10, WELLES SUBDIVISION, BEING A PORTION OF LOT 6, BRAINARD AND MCINTIRE SURVEY AND LOT 1, GOVERNMENT SURVEY OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 2 SOUTH, RANGE 30 WEST, ESCAMBIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO MAP FILED FOR RECORD APRIL 8, 1941, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY.
TOGETHER with all rights (including riparian rights), privileges, easements, tenements, interests, improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anyway appertaining, including any after-acquired title and easements and all rights, title and interest now or hereafter owned by Borrower in and to all buildings and improvements, storm and screen windows and doors, gas, steam, electric, solar and other heating, lighting, ventilating, air-conditioning, refrigerating and cooking apparatus, plumbing, sprinkling, smoke, fire and intrusion detection devices, and other equipment and fixture now or hereafter attached or appertaining to said premises, of any kind or character and whether permanently or temporarily on the property.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk of the Court no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
