Avren; The United States of America acting by and through its agency, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; and Dupont Commons Homeowners Association, Inc., Case No. 25CV013346, and related to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Jonathan S. Avren to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Bank of America, N.A. (the Secured Creditor), dated July 13, 2011, and Recorded on August 10, 2011 as Book No. 50285 and Page No. 232, Fulton County, Georgia records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $231,795.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, as last assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC by assignment that is or to be recorded in the Fulton County, Georgia Records, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Fulton County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in MAY, 2026, the following described property: All that Tract or Parcel of Land Lying and being in Land Lot 229, of the 17th District, of Fulton County, Georgia, Being Lot 292, Dupont Commons Subdivision, Phase III, as per Plat recorded in Plat Book 312, Pages 145-150 and revised in Plat Book 352, Pages 122-127, Fulton County, Georgia records, which Plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference.
