NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM

TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 139-0-113-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, being Lot 40, Block E, Section Two-C, Great Lakes Mobile Home Subdivision, shown in Realty Reel 199, pages 632-633, described in Deed Book 1567, page 934, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 3825 Lake Ontario Street.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 5th day of April, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 19th day of March, 2025, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1962, at page 1602.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 5th day of April, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 2812-A Hillcreek Court, Augusta, Georgia 30909.
