NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER OF SALE NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER CONTAINED IN SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF RICHMOND Pursuant to a power of sale contained in a certain security deed executed by SHEMEKA TURNER, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
