Notice to Disadvantaged Business
Anchor Mechanical, Inc., 255 N California Chicago, Il 60612, (312)492-6994, is seeking disadvantaged businesses for the City of Elgin Year 5 Lead Service Line Replacement Program  Contract B and Contract C. Subcontracting opportunities include: Material Hauling, Paving and Concrete restoration, Excavation.  All disadvantaged businesses should contact, IN WRITING, (certified letter, return receipt requested), Sean Hopkins to discuss the subcontracting opportunities for either or both contracts. All negotiations must be completed prior to bid opening 3/31/2026 for Contract B & 4/1/2026 for contract C.
Proposals will be evaluated by bid form unit pricing along with ability to expand and contract services provided on a daily basis.
