CHICAGO TRANSIT AUTHORITY Advertisement for Professional Services NOTICE OF TIME EXTENSION WITH ADDENDUM TO FOLLOW Notice is hereby given that the opening date heretofore advertised as Tuesday, March 31, 2026 has been extended to Thursday, April 30, 2026 no later than 3:30 P.M. for the following items: Req No: B25RG04916, Request for Proposals (RFP) for Sale of Surplus Property for a Transit-Oriented Development at 3401 to 3427 N Clark and 947 to 949 W Newport (Vautravers Building) PROPOSAL GUARANTEE: NONE For additional information, please contact Greg Medrano, Senior Procurement Administrator Purchasing, gmedrano@transitchicago.com. The contractor will be required to furnish certified copies of any and all Insurance Policies required in relation to this contract prior to CTA's execution. Chicago Transit Authority hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
