PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS CASE NO. 26 LA 252 NOTICE TO DEFENDANT BY PUBLICATION To: Rosalba Kusch, Defendant  The requisite Complaint and Alias Summons having been filed, Notice is hereby given you that the above-entitled cause against you was issued and commenced March 16, 2026, by Scott Carlos, Kelly Cabay, Ivy Carlos, Koi Carlos and Ari Carlos to recover from you the sum in excess of $75,000.00 each.
