PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, WLL COUNTY, ILLINOIS GREAT ADJUSTING, LLC, Plaintiff, vs. EDGAR MENDIETTA, Defendant, No. 2025 SC 006049. The requisite Affidavit for Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you, EDGAR MENDIETTA, that the above-entitled action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, praying for payment of the judgment and interest owed to the Plaintiff. YOU ARE SUMMONED and required to bring to Court all financial records; tax returns (for last 5 years); checking and/or savings account statements for last 12 months; copies of certificate of deposit (if any); title to any vehicles; W-2, K-ls , or 1099s for the last 12 months; and any other documents specified in the Citation to Discover Assets that was filed in Court in 2025 SC 006049. A judgment was already entered against you on December 9, 2025 in the amount of $1954.28 plus interest.
