McElrath, Deceased, et al defendants Case No 26 EV 505. Notice is hereby given to you, all Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Lorna J. McElrath and All Unknown Occupants, that the above entitled action has been filed against you and other defendants in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Will County, Illinois for the recovery of the possession of real estate located at 216 Madison Street, #2D, Joliet, IL 60435. You are hereby required to appear in person on June 17, 2026 at 9:00 am in Courtroom 1002, Circuit Court of Will County, 100 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL, for return date of this cause. You are further required to file your written appearance by yourself or your attorney at the same place and time.
