Letters of office were issued to Steven A. Winokur, 25732 North 113th Way, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255, as Indepen- dent Executor, whose attorney of record is Lisa K. Murphy, Lawrence Kamin, LLC., 300 South Wacker Drive, Suite 500, Chicago, Illinois 60606. The estate will be admin- istered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill.
