Rock, DECEASED. 25 PR 620 Notice is given to credi- tors of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of office were issued to Peggy L. Rock, 33740 North Lake Shore Drive, Grayslake, Illinois 60030-1743, as Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is Jeffrey D. Javors, 166 West Washing- ton Street, Suite 680, Chicago, Illinois 60602. The estate will be admin- istered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any interested person terminates inde- pendent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk.
