Letters of office were issued to Marc Wilkow and Clifton Wilkow, 20 South Clark Street, Suite 3000, Chicago, Illinois 60603, as Independent Co- Executors, whose attor- ney of record is Lawrence I. Richman, Neal Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, 225 West Randolph Street, Suite 2800, Chicago, Illi- nois 60602.
