CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is given of the death of Fern Shannon. Letters of Office were issued on April 21, 2026 to Carol Brown, 212 Shannon Road, Murphysboro, IL 62966 and Donald L. Shannon, 117 King Hill Road, Murphysboro, IL 62966, Co-Executors, and whose attorney of record is Arbeiter Law Offices, 1019 State Street, P.O. Box 367, Chester, Illinois 62233.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Jackson County Courthouse, Murphysboro, Illinois, or with the representative, or both on or before November 1, 2026, or three months from the date of mailing or delivery of this Notice to creditors, whichever si later, and any claim not filed on or before said date is void.
Within ten days after filing of the Claim with the Clerk, the claimant shall cause a copy of the Claim to be mailed or delivered to the representatives of the estate and to the representative's attorney of record.
