IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
PEORIA COUNTY
IN RE THE ESTATE OF DALTON L. SHERMAN, Deceased. Case No. 2026PR0000073
CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is hereby given of the death of Dalton Levi Sherman on the 24th day of December 2025, and that Letters Testamentary were issued on April 15, 2026, to Erica Lafeber as Administrator, whose attorney is Norman L. McGill, 456 Fulton Street, Twin Towers Plaza - Suite 222, Peoria, Illinois 61602.
Claims may be filed on or before the 15th day October 2026 or six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Claim Date, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred.
Claims against the Estate may be filed with the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Peoria County Courthouse, Peoria, Illinois, or with the representative, or both.
