HAZEN, DeceasedNo. 2026PR32Notice is given to creditors of the death of MYRON O. HAZEN, on September 14, 2025. Letters of office were issued on February 18, 2026, to QUAD CITY BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Independent Executor with Independent Administration, whose attorney is Stojan Law Office, P.C., 423-17th Street, Rock Island, Illinois 61201.Claims against the estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's office, Rock Island County Courthouse, or with the representative, or both, on or before the 13th day of September, 2026 or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by §18‑3 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/18-3), within three (3) months of receipt of the Notice, if earlier.
