Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's Office, Stark County Courthouse, Toulon, Illinois, or with the representative or both on or before the 16th day of October, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a Notice from the representative is required by Sec. 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that Notice. Every claim filed must be in writing and state sufficient information to notify the representative of the nature of the claim or other relief sought.
