PUBLIC NOTICE
	
	Public
	notice is hereby given to all persons in the County of LaSalle,
	State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held by the LaSalle
	County Zoning Board of Appeals, on May 20, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the
	LaSalle County Governmental Complex, 707 East Etna Road, Room 250,
	Ottawa, Illinois to review, discuss, and take public comment on
	proposed text amendments to the LaSalle County Zoning Ordinance. 
	The proposed text amendments to the LaSalle County Zoning Ordinance
	will amend the following ordinance sections: 3.1, 4.25, 4.27, 4.28,
	4.30, 7.1-4, 8.1-4, 10.1-4, 14.10, 14.12, and 14.14 (Proposed
	amendments include Commercial Wind Energy Facilities, Commercial
	Solar Energy Facilities, Energy Storage Systems, Guest
	Accommodations, Campgrounds, Special Use, and Fee changes).
	
	The
	proposed text amendments, in their entirety, are on file for review
	at the LaSalle County Land Use Department located at 119 West
	Madison Street, Room 107, Ottawa, Illinois (Phone 815-434-8666), or
	at the LaSalle County Clerk's office located at 707 East Etna Road,
	Ottawa, Illinois.  The text amendments are also posted on the
	LaSalle County website at: https://lasallecountyil.
