Public
notice is hereby given to all persons in the County of LaSalle,
State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held, by the
LaSalle County Zoning Board of Appeals, on May 20, 2026 at 5:00 P.M.
at the LaSalle County Governmental Complex, 707 E. Etna Road, Room
250, Ottawa, Illinois. The owner/applicant, Estate of Louise Keith
C/O Archie Keith, is requesting a Variance to allow an accessory
dwelling unit (mobile home) of over 900 square feet, located in the
A-1 Agriculture Zoning District, and legally described as follows:
That
part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 34 North, Range
4, East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows:
Commencing at the quarter section corner on the South boundary of
said Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 4, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, thence running North to the South bank of Indian
Creek, thence along the South bank of the creek to the East line of
the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 4,
which point is at or near the Northeast corner of said 40 acre
tract, thence South along the East line of said 40 acre tract to the
South boundary line of said Section 4, thence East along the South
line of said Section 4 to the place of beginning (except that part
of said premises conveyed to John Pakenham recorded 1 March, 1913 in
Book 516, page 133 as Doc. #114484 in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds of La Salle County, Illinois), and except the West 100.7 feet
thereof, situate in the County of La Salle, and State of Illinois.

the property is zoned Agriculture (A-1) and is commonly known as
2033 N 35th, Ottawa, IL.
