AN IOWA BUSINESS CORPORATION
The undersigned, acting as the duly authorized representative of JE-TAC, INC., an Iowa business corporation (the “Corporation”), hereby submits the following notice of its dissolution pursuant to Iowa Code Section 490.1407. In accordance with such provision, the undersigned hereby notifies its creditors and claimants as follows:
1. The Corporation has dissolved effective February 24, 2026.
2. The date of filing of the Articles of Dissolution was May 5, 2026.
3. Written claims against the Corporation must be presented at the following address:
