§ 300-6.6 Special Permit for Large-Scale Ground-Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Installation
The Upton Planning Board will hold a public hearing in Town Hall room G07 and remotely via Teams on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, on the following:
7:45 pm Application for Large-Scale Ground-Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Installation Special Permit titled “Sawmill Brook Site Plans” to construct a solar farm. Filed by owner/applicant, Rick Morrell of Morrell Construction. Property is 66.5 acres located at 0 Sawmill Brook Lane (formerly 169 South Street) in Upton, MA. Assessor's Map 31/Lot 001.
Copies of the applications will be available for review at: https://www.uptonma.gov/437/Planning-Board. Materials are also available at both the Town Clerk's office and the Land Use and Inspectional Services office located in Town Hall.
