Public Hearing Notice
 
Notice is hereby given in ac-cordance with the Wetlands Protection Act (MGL c131 §40) and the Town of Upton Stormwater Bylaw c242 that the Upton Conservation Commission will hold the following public hearings on Wednesday, May 27, 2026:
 
7:00 p.m. Request for De-termination of Applicability filed by Lisa Maclellan for the construction of a swimming pool within existing lawn area at 146 Westboro Rd. (Map 8/ Parcel 33.03).
 
7:10 p.m. Land Disturbance Permit filed by F&D Central Realty Corp., Inc for the construction of a single-fa-mily house, driveway, septic system, and associated gra-ding and drainage located at ANR Lot 2, East St. (Map 13/Parcel 1.02).
 
All interested parties are invited to participate. Com-plete copies of the applications are available on the Commission's website:
