Request for ProposalsPeoples Health Centers is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to construct and renovate their 11642 West Florissant Ave health center. The project will include exterior and interior construction, painting and signage, cemented sidewalks, modification of the interior "WIC" area, entry awning, 3 offices/exam rooms, interior demolition of cabinets, with office/waiting room/lobby/ multipurpose room furniture and new flooring. The center is a one-story steel framed structure. The center must continue to operate during construction.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at Betty Jean Kerr People's Health Centers located at 11642 West Florissant Ave, St. Louis, MO, 63033 on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 12:30 pm

Please present questions at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled bid opening to allow for any responses or addenda, if required, to be issued to all the bidders.
Additionally, bidders must comply with labor standards and prevailing wage requirements using the latest Contractor's Wage Surveys of the State of Missouri.
Each bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's or Treasurer's Check of a bank or trust company in St. Louis, payable to the order of People's Health Centers, or a Surety Bond for 5% of the bid price.
Bidders shall comply with all applicable city, state and federal laws.
