NEW JERSEY CITY UNIVERSITY INVITATION TO BID RFP # 26-001 NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids from qualified firms are being solicited for VODRA HALL FIRE PUMP AND CONTROLLER at New Jersey City University. A copy of RFP # 26-001 may be obtained at New Jersey City University's website at http://www.njcu.edu/bidding commencing April 21, 2026. Under the provisions of the New Jersey State College Contracts Law, Chapter 64 of Title 18-A, New Jersey City University is notifying all firms planning on submitting proposals for the VODRA HALL FIRE PUMP AND CONTROLLER, (RFP # 26-001) that Addendum #1 will be issued on May 5, 2026. The addendum serves to answer questions submitted by firms for the RFP. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the addendum posted on New Jersey City University's website www.njcu.edu/controller/bidding on May 5, 2026. Proposals in response to RFP # 26-001 will be received by Ms. Edie DelVecchio, Associate Vice President of Business Services, New Jersey City University, 2039 Kennedy Boulevard, Procurement Services, Hepburn Hall, Room 111, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305 until 2:00 p.m. on May 12, 2026. Envelopes should indicate RFP # 26-001. RFP # 26-001 provides detailed information regarding the required materials to be submitted with the proposal. The selected Contractor is required to comply with the requirements of PL 1975, Chapter 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) regarding Affirmative Action Regulations, Executive Order 51, and Executive Order 151. New Jersey City University reserves the right to reject any and all bids when such rejection is in the best interest of the University. Any award of contract resulting from this Request for Proposal will be subject to the availability of funds. All proposals must be delivered or mailed. Bids will be rejected if not submitted within time, date and at place designated. The University is not responsible for lost or misdirected documents.
