REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM (SFSP)   The Gray Charter School a sponsor of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), hereby solicits price quotations from qualified food service management companies and/or vendors for the provision of unitized meals and related services.  The selected vendor shall provide meals that comply with all USDA SFSP meal pattern requirements in accordance with 7 CFR Part 225, including, but not limited to, breakfast, lunch, supper, and/or snack meals, as specified in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) package. Services shall include the preparation, packaging, and delivery of meals to designated program sites.  The anticipated contract period is August 17, 2026, through August 21, 2026, with services to be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Administrative Requirements), 7 CFR Part 225, and applicable New Jersey procurement regulations.
