Annual meeting for voting on budget and board directors in Freehold.

Notice is hereby given that The Freehold Center Management Corporation d/b/a DowntownFreehold.com will hold the Annual Meeting of the Corporation at 5:30 pm on March 11, 2026 at the American Hotel, 18-20 East Main Street, Freehold, NJ. Items to be voted on by the membership are:
2026 - 2027 proposed Budget, the election of (5) Directors of the Board. Copies of the Budget and Board Slates will be posted at the DowntownFreehold.com office, 20 Court Street, Suite 100 and at the Freehold Borough Municipal Building, 30 Mechanic Street from February 17 – March 11, 2026. A copy of the Budget and Board Slates will also be available at www.DowntownFreehold.com. Voting and voting ballots will be available February 17 – March 11, 2026 at the Freehold Borough Municipal Building, 30 Mechanic Street, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am – 4:30 pm. Ballots must be picked up in person by the voting member. PLEASE CALL AHEAD TO BOROUGH HALL TO PICK UP AND VOTE.
