PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. the Planning Board of the Township of Freehold will hold a public hearing on the application of M&M Realty Partners at Freehold, LLC. The public hearing will be held at the Township of Freehold, 1 Municipal Plaza, Freehold, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located on 3301 Route 9 North, Freehold, New Jersey. Said premises are known as Lot 3, Block 80.
The applicant is seeking Amended Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan for Building 1 in Elton Plaza modifying the previously approved 14,724 sf pharmacy with drive thru to a 11,390 sf +/- multi-tenant commercial building which would include 5,360 sf +/- of retail space and 6,030 sf +/- of restaurant space. The applicant requires the follow variance relief:
278 parking spaces along with 24 land banked spaces are proposed throughout the overall site, where 307 spaces are required;
2 off-street loading spaces are required where 1 is proposed
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variances and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
All Documents relating to the application may be inspected by the public by contacting the Board Secretary to make arrangements in the office of Planning and Zoning located 1 Municipal Plaza, Freehold, New Jersey during normal business hours. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
