NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MONTCLAIR ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., the Montclair Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a special meeting to conduct a hearing on Application No. 2932 – 120 Watchung Avenue.
 
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 205 Claremont Avenue, Montclair, New Jersey.
 
Notice is hereby given in compliance with "The Open Public Meetings Act," Chapter 231, P.L. 1975 of the State of New Jersey.
