NOTICE OF HEARING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Steven and Jennifer Grin, owners of the property at 84 Clinton Avenue, Montclair, New Jersey, filed an application with the Montclair Board of Adjustment for variances required to construct a 1.5-story addition above the existing 1-story den on the southern faade, expand the den rearward as a 2.5-story structure, and enlarge the one-story rear portion of the house to align with the new addition. The property is located in the R-O Mountainside Zone District and is designated on the Township Tax Maps as Lot 10 in Block 1202.
