In order to comply with "The Open Public Meetings Act," Chapter 231, P.L. 1975 of the State of New Jersey, please note that the Montclair Township Planning Board meeting scheduled for Monday February 26, 2026 was canceled due to the state of emergency caused by a blizzard. Please note that the public hearing scheduled for App. 2940: 260 Park Street – 260 Park St LLC (Block 2503, Lot 18) will be carried to the March 9 Planning Board meeting and the public hearings for App. 2945: 580 Valley Road – BG Valley LLC (Block 1711, Lot 30) and App. 2954: 180 Glenridge Avenue – Silk Road Bazaar LLC (Block 3205, Lot 23) will be carried to the March 23 Planning Board meeting. Both meetings will take place in the Council Chambers at 205 Claremont Avenue starting at 7 pm.
