Public hearing for zoning variance on March 25 at Chatham Borough Hall.

Public Notice  NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION BOROUGH OF CHATHAM  ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT  TAKE NOTICE, that on the 25th of March at 7:30 pm, a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Chatham at the Chatham Borough Hall located at 54 Fairmount Ave., Chatham, NJ.  An application for development has been submitted to the Zoning Board of Adjustment seeking variance approval so as to permit: A second floor additional over an existing one story structure and a porch on the side of the house, on the premises at 223 Hillside Avenue and designated as Lot 2 Block 103 on the Borough Tax Map, and this notice is being published and sent to those property owners of the property's immediate vicinity. Any required variances and/or waivers required for this application are as follows: Front yard setback for the second floor addition and side yard setback for the porch and any variances, waivers, exceptions or other types of relief which are identified during the hearing of the application.  All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard at the public hearing on this application.
