Public Notice BOROUGH OF CHATHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION TAKE NOTICE, that on the 25th day of March, 2026 at 7:30PM, a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Chatham at the Chatham Borough Hall located at 54 Fairmount Ave., Chatham Borough, NJ. An application for development has been submitted to the Zoning Board of Adjustment seeking variance approval so as to permit the construction of a two and a half (2 1/2) story dwelling on the premises at 24 Lum Avenue, Chatham, NJ and designated as Lot 32 and Block 90 on the Borough of Chatham Tax Map, and this notice is being published and sent to those property owners of property in the immediate vicinity. Any required variances and/or waivers required for this application are as follows: Required Existing Proposed Ordinance Left Side Yard Setback 12 ft. 10 ft. 6.0 ft to building 165-14 (E-1a) (9 ft. to overhang) (4.5 ft. to overhang) Right Side Yard Setback 12 ft. 10 ft. 6.0 ft to building 165-14 (E-1a) (9 ft. to overhang) (4.5 ft. to overhang) and any variances, waivers, exceptions or other types of relief which are identified during the hearing of the application.
