Public Notice LEGAL NOTICE Borough of Chatham Zoning Board of Adjustment NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 25th day of March 2026 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at Chatham Borough Hall located at 54 Fairmount Avenue, Chatham, New Jersey, a hearing will be held on the application of Minisink Club Inc. (hereinafter, "Applicant") to the Borough of Chatham Zoning Board of Adjustment, for variance relief/approval pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d(2) from the requirements of Borough Code Section 165-14A to permit the conversion of two (2) tennis courts to four (4) pickle ball courts, which would result in an expansion of the nonconforming racquet and swim club use due to a net increase in the number of racquet courts; and for bulk/non-"d" variance relief/approval pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c(1) and/or c(2) from the requirements of Borough Code Section 165-14F which, based on the subject lot area of 514,010 square feet, permits a maximum lot coverage of 67,074 square feet, where the Applicant proposes lot coverage of 161,878 square feet; and for the approval of any other variances and any design waivers from and/or exceptions to the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance determined by the Board and/or its professional consultants to be required; to permit the conversion of two (2) tennis courts to four (4) pickle ball courts, at the premises known as Inlnd Long Passaic R (c/o 1 Princeton Street), Borough of Chatham, in the R-1 zoning district and designated as Block 43, Lot 1 on the Borough of Chatham Tax Map. The Applicant's application to the Zoning Board, associated checklist(s), site plan or variance plan as applicable, floor plans and elevations if any, and related materials as applicable, are on file and available for inspection at the Clerk's Office at Chatham Borough Hall, 54 Fairmount Avenue, Chatham, New Jersey on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Any interested party may appear at and participate in the referenced public hearing in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
