NOTICE OF HEARING PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application (Case No. P2025-0227) for an Amendment to a previously granted Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval, and any variances the Board may deem as required, has been filed with the Jersey City Planning Board for property located at 39 Regent Street, Jersey City, New Jersey 07302, and according to the Jersey City Tax Map, also known as Block 14004, Lot 1. The purpose of this application is to amend certain aspects of the previously approved preliminary and final major site plan (Case No. P14-028) for the development of a public park for the benefit of the residents of Jersey City and Liberty Harbor. Any person interested in this application will have the opportunity to address the Board at the meeting on March 24, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the Holloway Building, 4 Jackson Square, Jersey City, NJ 07305 (a/k/a 39 Kearney Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07305).
