Existing lot has an area of 4,939 S.F. Variance for minimum lot size being sought, where 2,475 SF is proposed for Lot 4.01 and 2,464 SF is proposed for Lot 4.02 and 2,500 SF is required per Ordinance Chapter 345-41.E.3.
