JERSEY CITY MUNICIPAL BOARD OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL
 
Take Notice that Project Dubu LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, with offices at 1425 Hudson Street, Apt. 5F, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030, has applied to the Jersey City Municipal Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control (the “Board”) for approval of a person-to-person transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption Liquor License No. 0906-33-051-010 (the “Liquor License”). The Liquor License is currently held in pocket status by DD76 Corp, a New Jersey corporation and is sited at 8 Erie Street, Commercial Space B, Jersey City, New Jersey 07302. Upon acquisition of the Liquor License by Project Dubu LLC, the Liquor License will be held in “pocket” until completion of construction at the sited premises located at 8 Erie Street, Commercial Space B, Jersey City, New Jersey 07302.
