Please be advised that this notice is being provided pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12 to inform you that an Application(s) for:
 
Minor subdivision approval with C variance approval for minimum side-yard setback where 2 feet are required and 1.03 feet are proposed any other variance(s), waiver(s) or exception(s) the Board may deem as required, has been filed with the Jersey City Planning Board for property located at:
 
113-115 Oak Street, Jersey City, NJ Block(s) 19503 Lot(s) 3
 
The purpose of this application is to:
 
Subdivide the existing 5,000 square foot lot into two new lots. Proposed lot 3.01 will be 2,500 square feet. Proposed lot 3.02 will be 2,500 square feet.
