NEWARK CENTRAL PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING Calendar # CPB 26-15 Filed: December 11, 2025 Date: April 22, 2026 Please take notice that the undersigned has applied to the Central Planning Board of the City of Newark for Minor Subdivision Approval from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit on premises located at 39-41 Pierce Street, Newark, New Jersey, Block 2619; Lots 20 & 21: In a C-1 Commercial Neighborhood District proposed Minor Subdivision Approval of lots 20 & 21 into two new lots 20.01 and 20.02. Seeking Minor Subdivision Approval and any and all required variances and or waivers that may be necessary, which is within 200 feet of property owned or resided by you. Any person or persons affected by this application may have an opportunity to be heard at the Virtual Public Hearing on May 4, 2026, at 6:00 P.M.
